Or you may have been diagnosed with Alopecia, well the last thing you want, is to have to go to a salon full of people with a stranger who is telling you what wig you need. And that is exactly why we joined the Wigsco family, to bring a warm, welcoming private room with a friendly, loving team of stylists who are here for you during those difficult times.

Having been a hair stylist for over 20 years, one of my close clients/friends became poorly and was diagnosed with cancer and so the process of chemo therapy and loosing her hair started. Having done her hair for multiple years, She asked me if I could go with her to look at some wigs and be some moral support. So we called a local company to book an appointment, to be told there was a long wait and limited appointments. Having a hairdressing salon to run myself and her treatment to work around, it was going to be difficult, however the company gave her an appointment time that we couldn't change or work with so unfortunately she had no choice but go to the appointment on her own. After a very quick appointment, she rang me very upset to say that she felt uncomfortable, they had no time for her and she had been given a wig. She had told them she wanted a darker colour and with some length, no time had been spent with her trying some styles or even styling it once they had given it to her. So she came to my salon, heartbroken and wouldn't even put the wig on. We took her out the back, styled it to the best we could so she felt more comfortable in it and started looking straight away in how we  could go about providing the wig service with the friendly and professional approach that she should have received.

You are more than welcome to bring family, friends, comforters or anything that makes you feel more relaxed and at ease. We will welcome you with complimentary hot or cold drinks, the appointment will be carried out your discrepancy, with no time limit. There is no rush, you will be supported through choosing the right style with the perfect fit before styling and shaping it to you.

You will also receive a FREE wash and blow-dry for your wig when convenient for you. We also have the recommended shampoo, conditioner, head to style it on, hairbrushes and anything you will need to look after your quality wig once your home.
